Hey! I haven't posted anything since like March....what a lame-nuts of me.

Alright, I have no idea what happened in my last journal entry, but This time, the major update is Paint. ;D I bought myself some Acrylic paint, and paintbrushes to use for...well, painting of course. I've done 3 pieces so far; the first of which I gave away shortly after it was completed (long story), the second doesn't look good on the computer, so I didn't bother scanning it in, and the Third is in my gallery now, and I'm quite pleased with it. Turns out, I'm a WAAAY better Painter than digital artist, so I expect the bulk of my future work to be similar multi-media-paint projects as Midsummer Night [no promises though]
Already, I've discovered a fantastic texture technique for painting; splatter speckles look EXCELLENT on both pieces I've tried it on; it's my new favorite thing to do! It adds a lot to the finished product somehow. I can't wait to do more fantasy scenes, this last one has me jumping off the walls of my inner sanctum!

Requiem seems to have fallen on hold for some reason, but I think it's creeping its way back into my heart, so we'll see if I get anymore story done soon.

We'll see how many paintings I actually end up submitting due to a terrible scanner...>_>
